Refund/Exchange Policy

 

We only accept returns in exchange for store credit. Read all descriptions carefully BEFORE purchasing.

 

With the volume of service we provide once an order is placed it can not be cancelled NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL ORDERS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE WILL BE CONSIDERED " ON SALE" AND THEREFORE FINAL SALE.

ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE  ARE FINAL SALE.

 

WE  DON’T ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON INTIMATE ITEMS LIKE UNDERGARMENTS, BODYSUITS, SWIM ETC. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

 

RETURNS

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PURCHASE OR THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.

Contact us within 5 business days to process a RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT with a 15% restock fee. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR (ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRYING ON THE PRODUCT) OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT AT FAULT OF SILHOUETTE WILL LEAD TO THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST BEING VOIDED IN WHICH CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

SHIPPING 

Majority of orders are PROCESSED within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary and MAY EXTEND sometimes due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

US Shipping delivers in 3-4 business days once package has shipped.

Int Shipping delivers in 7-14 business days once package has shipped.

 

When you complete a purchase through silhouettestylez.com you acknowledge and accept our delivery and shipping terms/policy. Customs fees are to be paid for by the customer. By purchasing from our site you acknowledge you are responsible for custom fees. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call your local post office at 1800-ASK-USPS . We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we encourage you reach out to your local post office. 

 

Incomplete Address Returns 

ORDERS THAT ARE returned to us due Incomplete/incorrect address or unpaid customs fees  are issued a store gift card with a 15% restock fee. Gift card is sent electronically. 

 

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ANY ORDERS. 


ITEMS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESS IF YOU NEED TO BE SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AN EMAIL NEEDS TO BE SENT TO INFO@SILHOUETTESTYLEZ.COM STATING THE AUTHORIZATION TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ALONG WITH A VALID PHOTO ID MATCHING THE VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESS. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY  THIS INFO, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
